Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction at DaySpring

Spiritual direction is the practice and discipline of companioning one another, and seeking growth in the spiritual life. A spiritual director helps one grow in relationship with Jesus.

-
In spiritual direction, the directee shares what they are experiencing in their relationship with God.
-
The role of the director is to listen, walk alongside, pray, and encourage.
-
Both people are listening for God and learning to notice where and how God is showing up and present.
In individual spiritual direction, the spiritual director and directee meet one-on-one, every 4-6 weeks.

Spiritual Direction Groups

Spiritual Direction Groups, meet once or twice a month committing to companion each other in seeking discernment, spiritual growth, and a deeper awareness of God's presence and work in daily life. Each group is led by a trained spiritual director, and they spend time in prayer, reading scripture, and listening.
Contact Tiffani Harris to be connected with a group.
